合并 staging，并去掉已删组件留下的样式名单条目

knownUnstyled 不再保留 personal-report-additional-charts。它只被删掉的报告组件用过。其它白名单没有同类残留。业务代码没改。

自测：类名合同和两条否定合同 6 通过，失败 0，取消 0。tsc 0 错，lint 0 error。
