docs(consult): record the local quick-gate npm result

Python pytest passed. npm test stopped the gate with 120 Windows failures. The two new consult tests passed. Not pushed.

- 快速门含 `npm test` 和 `next build`。跑完再记。Windows 上 `next build` 可能被工作树的 `node_modules` 联接挡住，那是环境缺口，不改业务代码去迎合。
- 没有在 Linux 上重跑全量 pytest。不把 Windows 的失败名单说成 Linux 那 62 条基线。
- 没有登录态。真机清单 `docs/testing/consult-card-full-source-fix-20261009.md` 结果列为空。
