docs(tasks): record the #144 database verification run (agent loop, issue #144)

Verify-only run on the intake branch: tsc 0 errors, lint 0 errors, the ten changed frontend test files 105/105, and test:db 98 tests with 82 passing. All 13 known Windows failures still fail; three tests in database-segment-saved-native.test.ts fail only because the Windows Python alias returns 9009, and they pass 3/3 when PYTHON points at the repo venv. +## test:db 失败清单与已知清单比对
+
+`tools/agent-loop/windows-known-failures.txt` 里 13 条，逐条比对后 **13 条全部命中**（备份目录 7 条、数据库 env 校验 3 条、个人报告迁移与 RLS 2 条、其余 1 条），没有一条「已知但这次过了」的异常。

+**已知清单以外还有 3 条失败**，都在 `tests/database-segment-saved-native.test.ts`：

+- `9009` 是 Windows「找不到命令」。该文件的 `nativeCalculation()` 在 win32 上默认调 `python`，而本机 PATH 上的 `python` 是 Microsoft Store 的占位程序（`C:\Users\74082\AppData\Local\Microsoft\WindowsApps\python.exe`），未装 Python 时直接返回 9009。
+- 只把这个文件的 `PYTHON` 环境变量指到本仓 venv（不改代码）后复跑：**3 过、0 败**。所以这 3 条是环境缺口，不是本分支代码问题。

+## 新迁移是否在真库执行
+
+`frontend/supabase/migrations/20261102020000_birth_time_source_intake.sql` 由 `tests/database-birth-time-source-intake-20261102.test.ts` 的 postgres fixture 应用；该测试 **1/1 通过**（它在 fixture 上跑完迁移链到这一条，并复现 BUG-1514 的场景）。这是本单重点要看的两项之一。

+## 环境
+
+- Docker Desktop 一开始起不来：`docker version` 返回 500，`wsl -l -v` 显示 `docker-desktop` 发行版 Stopped。执行 `docker desktop restart` 后恢复；test:db 用的是 `postgres:17-alpine`，测试结束后容器自动清理。
+- 未跑 `npm run build`、Python 快速门、真机浏览器走查（不在本单范围）。

+## 结论
+
+- 检查项 1–3 全过；`test:db` 的 13 条已知失败全部命中，没有「已知但变过」的。
+- **3 条清单外失败**（`database-segment-saved-native.test.ts`）是 Windows `python` 别名问题，设 `PYTHON` 后全过；按任务书没有修，交回 Claude 拍板。
