fix(report): toast a missing English edition and tint export selection

Opening the export sheet now says once, at the top, why English is unavailable. Selected borders, radios and checks use the theme color while fills stay neutral.

No chart JSON fences or internal audit fields. Fact-table labels/precision/subtables match the reader. Full body uses the historical filename; excerpt adds `-节选`. The existing downloader appends `.md`.
