Empty ledgers stay in natural-language collection. After the first dated
event, dasha conflict probes reverse-infer 前事 and block offer until
answered. Unique-minute confirmation stays closed at a representative
time; adopt reverse-verifies remaining probes. Records BUG-348–351.

Keep confirmation fail-closed until the public AA set is ready, and rewrite Technique Audit from the attached VedAstro status instead of a hardcoded blocked row.

Consult only copied Sade Sati and never searched trigger dates; V9 score left official minute identity unevaluated. Search a 90-day slow-planet window and run two-candidate snapshots with timeout staying not_evaluated.
