Docker drops environment variable names containing hyphens, so the vendored uploader received empty action inputs and exited nonzero after uploading. Set those three action inputs inside Node before loading the pinned bundle.\n\nChecks: frontend staging workflow tests 28/28 passed; no Playwright.
