Notes

设计已经对：decideRectification 是唯一状态机，decision-from-dossier 文件头就是不变量。不需要第七次重写。拦路的是边界没强制，加上 holdout / 分盘题 / 快照 / 投影分叉。

不变量（必须写成测试，而不是注释）：

GET、turn_decision、choice/stop、访谈卡必须吃同一份 decideFromDossier 输入。selection_allowed 是决策输出，不是快照字段。

Skill 保持 10.0.13。每批独立 worktree，快进 HEAD:staging。

Decisions-so-far

  • 不重写状态机，不新建 phase 类型。
  • 存在题 weak_yes 与 yes 同向、半权、不淘汰（applyProbeOutcome 已如此）；不要反转 mapping。
  • sticky holdout 必须在区分之前划定；4 条带日期事件才开门是正确数学，改文案不推迟划分。
  • snapshotCurrent === false 不得把 discrimination 打回 event_collection。
  • 不动 canConfirmExactMinute / VedAstro 确认门。
  • Issue 建在 Gitea root/Jyotisha，不用 GitHub。

Fog

  • 7f82428 当时 quality gate 失败步骤未在本机核对；不把跨语言 golden 提到收敛修复之前。
  • askedKeysFromLedgerEvidence 在主路径尚未接到 vargaLayerAsked 硬跳过，仍要拆集合防雷。
  • topShare 未纳入判据；MIN_SEPARATION_LEAD 本轮不改。

  1. #39 第 1 批：holdout 精度、D9/D10 降级、题干与 asked 拆分
  2. #40 第 2 批：snapshot 统一 fail-closed，禁止打回采集
  3. #41 第 3 批：统一 decideFromDossier 出口与单候选终态
  4. #42 第 4 批：丢题可观测、契约 golden、工具表与提示词瘦身

四批都已快进 origin/staging，当前 SHA 63b4591a。Skill 仍是 10.0.13。

子票已关。staging 健康检查的 deployment.gitCommit 等于 63b4591a 之后才算部署完成。

四张子票（#39–#42）仍关闭。#38 总图保持 open；Fog 里的 topShare / MIN_SEPARATION_LEAD 本轮未改。#42 明确不删仍被 journey/guide 引用的 lib/birth-time-*。
