Replace GitHub upload-artifact v4 with Gitea's patched v4 action. The native action attempted an 18-minute GitHub clone and failed before execution; the patched action is mirrored on gitea.com and uses Gitea's artifact backend.\n\nValidation: focused staging workflow tests 28/28; git diff --check.
