fix: Shadbala Saptavargaja Bala 7-layer calculation (P0)
Root cause: Sthana Bala only computed D1 layer (max 45 Virupas),
should compute all 7 Varga layers (D1/D2/D3/D4/D7/D9/D12, max ~315).
Changes to shadbala.py:
- New _dignity_score() function with BPHS bidirectional relationship
(Adhi Mitra/Mitra/Sama/Satru/Adhi Satru = 40/35/25/15/5)
- Saptavargaja Bala: 7-layer computation with per-Varga dignity
- Ojayugma Bala: now uses D9 house (was D1 approximation)
- Sthana Bala output now includes per-Varga breakdown (d1-d12)
Before fix: 0/7 planets STRONG (all WEAK)
After fix: 7/7 STRONG for Indira Gandhi (Lagna360 verification)
10-case regression: 0 errors, 8/10 cases show 7/7 STRONG
