Jesse_ChenandClaude Opus 5.5 9a0d5e11f3 docs(tasks): English han-leak fix brief (agent loop, issue #89 round 1)

The branch edits scripts/jaimini.py, a frozen rectification scoring file;
the sweep's jhora block does not reach the replay subprocesses, so the
tests render a packet production never sees; missing English is blanked
instead of exposed.
