• 申报偏差敏感性：申报中心搜索窗与真值出窗，不能当真实用户准确率。
• 固定口径重跑与契约：已曝光 v3 的当前实现成绩，不是新的独立盲测；确认门关闭。
• v5 独立封存采集协议：本轮只出协议，不采事件。
• 前置结论：分钟分辨率两轮研究。不重走已证伪的加权重与簇合并假设。
• 验证补缺轮：进度。
