test(consult): regenerate biography backtest golden after upstream sync 5

capture_consult_biography_backtest_golden.py run twice (PYTHONHASHSEED=0,
chart cache TTL 0), byte-identical. Only change: one figure's retrograde Venus
is no longer combust in the graha drishti layer (retrograde orb 8 deg, U3
combustion table). consult-evidence-card-golden.json regenerated twice as
well and is byte-identical to the committed file.
