Release v6.0.45: fix satkalatra expr (for-loop bug), add durmukha yoga, F1 0.299→0.316

- Fix bvr_satkalatra_precise: replace broken for-loop+trailing False pattern
  with any() expression. Satkalatra now detected in 4/5 benchmark charts
  (was 0/5).
- Add bvr_durmukha_yoga: PyJHora Method 1 (rasi-only), malefics in 2nd
  house + 2nd lord debilitated/conjunct malefics. Detected in 1/3 target
  charts (remaining 2 require looser PyJHora matching).
- Rules: 475→476, enabled: 404→405
- Validation: F1 0.2990→0.3160 (+5.7%), matched 74→79 (+5)
