+1. **DESIGN / VOICE 随各自的 S1、S2 提交**，不全压在 S3+S4：AGENTS §7.5 要求改 UI 的提交同时更新 DESIGN。S4 提交里是 S3 的 DESIGN、CHANGELOG、真机清单、索引与本文件。
