现象

生时校正里说一件带日期的事，回复把日期说了两遍。staging（f80f3b75）测试账号实测：用户说「2016 年 9 月上大学。」，回复「记下了：2016-09 2016 年 9 月上大学。」

原因

复述句由服务器拼：日期标签 + 事件说法。事件说法里已经带了日期时，本来应该只写事件说法，但这个判断只认不带空格的「2016年」，「2016 年」（中间有空格）和「2016-09」这类写法都漏掉了，于是标签又加了一遍。

修复

frontend/src/lib/rectification-agentic/v9/host-fallback.ts::evidenceRecapLine：事件说法里有年份（「2016年」「2016 年」「2016-09」「2016/9」）就只用事件说法。没带日期的照旧在前面加标签。

验收

  • 回归测试：tests/rectification-host-fallback.test.ts 新增一条，修复前失败、修复后通过。
  • 部署后在 staging 用测试账号再说一次「2016 年 9 月上大学。」，回复只出现一次日期。

记录：BUG-1496。关联 BUG-1136（复述改由服务器写的那次）。

提交 fd34df9b，现在包含在 staging 的 2dea3c29 里。

  • 以前判断「事件里已经带日期」只认「2016年」这种不带空格的写法，所以「2016 年 9 月上大学」前面又加了一次「2016-09」。现在带空格的年份、2016-09、2016/9 都能认出来。
  • 回归测试 tests/rectification-host-fallback.test.ts：修复前红、修复后绿。
  • 部署后可以在生时校正里说「2016 年 9 月上大学。」，回复应该只说一次日期。
