Summary

  • stop trusting Gitea run_attempt because act_runner/API report 0
  • resolve the gate manifest from the actual non-expired artifacts on the gate run
  • apply the same lookup to staging deploy and migration

Validation

  • node --test --experimental-strip-types frontend/tests/staging-backend-workflows.test.ts (29/29)
  • no Playwright
