Summary

  • homepage always creates a new rectification case and session
  • history navigation still resumes the exact selected session
  • requestId retry idempotency is retained while parallel unfinished cases are allowed
  • includes a forward-only staging database migration

Verification

  • focused tests: 113 passed, 6 skipped because local Docker/PostgreSQL fixture was unavailable
  • targeted ESLint passed
  • git diff --check passed

Release scope

Staging only. No production deployment.
