Versus astrologer_166_2026_11_04 (no tuning):
- sealed 20: all identical, metrics unchanged.
- reported offset 900: 114 changed; top-1 hits at +-15/30/60 stay 4/3/0;
  top-3 30/34/29 -> 31/34/30; delivery coverage at +-15 220 -> 219; mean
  top-1 minute error 20.87 -> 20.52.

BUG-1590..1598 recorded; ledger and CHANGELOG lines added.
