ClaudeandClaude Opus 5.5 1643bad25b feat(annual): report facts and claim cards; slim package (#153) ...

/api/annual/report_facts returns the annual report's only allowed facts:
natal base (functional roles, house lords, yogas as structure, domain
vargas and A10/A7/UL/DK), the year's phases with a lean from the natal
skeleton lords' functional roles, turning points, 4-6 candidate windows
from computed boundaries and exact contacts (independent systems only),
per-domain signals, conflicts and the technique audit with MEVG and Real
Case Calibration blocked. Open defaults sit in CONFIG / HOUSE_DOMAINS.
The package gains detail=slim for the entry overlay.
