The freshness test's IDENTITY_FORBIDDEN_PREFIXES list is append-only; the branch replaced the two sync8 entries instead of adding the sync9b ones after them, which weakens the identity guard. Restore them. Co-Authored-By: Claude (agent loop) <noreply@anthropic.com>

# TASK · 上游同步第九轮乙批 · 第 1 次打回（2026-10-28）

## 2. 失败项：冻结契约测试的排除清单被删了两条
|
||
|
||
`tests/test_sealed_holdout_contract_freshness.py::IDENTITY_FORBIDDEN_PREFIXES` 这份清单历来是**追加**的（每次重新冻结都「再排除」新路径，旧路径留着）。本分支把第八轮的两条：

**替换**成了第九轮乙批的两条，第八轮那段注释还在、条目没了。这条测试守的是「冻结记录文件不能混进打分身份」，删掉以后第八轮的记录混进去也不会报错——测试仍然通过，但守门变弱了。
|
||

||
## 3. 要做的
|
||
|
||
1. 把上面两条第八轮路径加回去，放在原来那段注释下面；第九轮乙批两条保留在其后。即清单同时含第八轮与第九轮乙批共 4 条。
|
||
2. PROGRESS「断言三栏」这一行改写为「新增两条、原有全部保留」。
|
||
3. 跑 `tests/test_sealed_holdout_contract_freshness.py`，回报通过数。
|
||
4. 前端：在工作树 `frontend/` 里 `npm ci` 后跑 `npm test -- tests/rectification-confirmation-gate.test.ts`（或该仓等价的单文件命令），回报结果。
