- BUG-1049 (recurrence of BUG-504): the opening stem carries six examples and
an example answer again and is server-owned on the zero-evidence opening;
the body is two plain sentences (no 大运/盘面/代表分钟/精确到秒, no year, no
question). Stem de-dup compares whole sentences / near-equality instead of a
12-char prefix, which had deleted the body's examples sentence since
aa7ccb30 (BUG-604) + dd8f35f7 (BUG-648).
- BUG-1050: plain step labels; a finished step label shows once and
「已完成 N 步」counts shown rows; failed rows read 「…未完成」 from the
in-progress wording.

nested functions. It keeps the public types, the budget constants and the
phase order: agent-run-prepare.ts (reliability, session, year re-ask, Skill
identity, delivered guard, reserve, turn row / replay),
agent-run-retry.ts (attempt loop), agent-run-attempt.ts (the old nested
streamAttempt), agent-run-finish.ts (billing settle, receipts, interview,
finalize), agent-run-support.ts (outcome types, retry classification, turn
receipt writers), agent-run-messages.ts (buildAgentMessages /
buildOpeningBrief, re-exported).
- One token changed with the move: the attempt passes its own
`previousErrorCode` argument to buildAgentMessages instead of reading the
enclosing `lastAttemptError`; the loop passes that same value (clears the
old unused-parameter warning).
- Tests: whole-source contracts read tests/rectification-agent-run-surface.ts;
behavioral runV9AgentTurn tests unchanged. agent-run growth caps added.

clients (so the setup-failure mapping stays here) and assembles:

preflight, unfocused classification), agent-route-structured-choice.ts,
agent-route-agent-turn.ts (opening / read-only / typed agent stream and its
exit gate), agent-route-billing.ts, agent-route-support.ts (schema, one-shot
NDJSON reply, context types).
- The four mutable preflight lets (expectedWrite, collectIntent,
writeClassified, classifierDiagnostic) that crossed branches are one
turnState object; values and flow unchanged.
- Tests: whole-source contracts read tests/rectification-agent-route-surface.ts;
the typed fast-path slice is rebuilt from the new files; billing,
declared-window and structured-choice slices now call the handlers
(billing in a child process because feature-pricing imports server-only),

Home() useState 66->52, useRef 41->39. Shell-facing fields merge into one object;
subtree state lives in useRectificationSurface. Chat props 20->7. Growth contract
rebaselined. Zero behavior/copy change.
Close leads hold delivery until unused D9/D10 style questions are asked. Tie-break POST merges the new turn into the transcript. Range copy no longer lists declined lines.
Dated-pool empty now yields existence cards per remaining layer, leftover-candidate copy, and an optional D9/D10 tie-break on the range card. Skill 10.0.25.

GET was dropping choice_card when the recast had no choice_frame, so the
embedded options rendered disabled. Replay the persisted reverse-verify /
out-of-sample schema instead of silencing the live question.

The choice card now marks the tapped option with a check and 已选择 and,
while the tap is being recorded, carries the same live row shape as a
timeline step instead of only a wait cursor. Before any candidate exists
the board's clock shows the declared birth minute, its body says what
fills it later, and the column narrows to minmax(16rem, 18rem); the
compact peek reads "填报 HH:MM". No house table is invented for the
declared time — the Case API does not provide one.

After a choice was recorded the chat removed its "正在记录本次选择…" row,
dropped `busy`, and let an effect start the follow-up turn a frame later —
one blank frame, and the next card could flash before the turn hid it.
Adopting a candidate showed nothing but a greyed button. `send` now takes a
continuation that reuses an existing live row, the choice and adoption
flows await it in the same async chain, `busy` is held throughout, and
adoption puts "正在采用 HH:MM…" at the end of the transcript before the
round trip.

Opening a rectification Case used to switch sessions first and read the
turns afterwards, so the reader saw a plain transcript, then an empty
panel, then a remount when the turns arrived (and again after the first
turn settled, because the panel key carried a ready/loading suffix).
The surface hook now reads turns and snapshot in one Case request under
the home reveal budget and only then makes the session active; the
sidebar defers the switch the same way; a session selected at bootstrap
(deep link, refresh) is hydrated during the prepare phase so the reveal
shows the surface itself; the panel key is the session/Case binding only,
later turns fill an empty transcript as a prop update, and unmounting
aborts any stream or snapshot read. The homepage card and the sidebar row
say 正在打开 statically while the Case opens — no spinner after the reveal.

The rectification session rendered its own textarea (no length ceiling,
no count), its own rAF scroll follow with a sticky-scroll helper, and its
own jump chip styled differently from the main chat's inline Tailwind
button, while the main chat re-ran scrollTo on every streamed token and
added a smooth scroll on settle. ChatComposer now accepts a controlled
value so the rectification surface reuses it without touching the main
draft store; useConversationScrollAnchor owns the follow through a
ResizeObserver, one frame per content change, for both surfaces; a
single JumpToLatestButton replaces both chips; the 720px transcript
override is gone. DESIGN.md records the shared composer, the jump
control, the reading width and the two shadow tokens.

The rectification surface had its own activity pipeline: a trace panel
with a 20px canvas orb clipped inside a 14px marker, a list that never
collapsed, a second receipt disclosure under every reply, an inline
failure banner and a staged label while regenerating. Its trace and
receipt are now projected onto ConsultationTimelineRow so both surfaces
render one ConsultationRunTimeline with one live marker and one settled
summary; receipt methods become source chips on the last completed row.
The unreachable sections-report/step-tree path, the trace panel, the
receipt component and the thinking-orbs dependency are removed. The
server-side drop of rectification thinking deltas is untouched.

Spoken collect prompts lived only in GET current_question. The chat never
parsed that field, Agent projections returned null after evidence writes,
and active_focus followups collapsed the questionId. Render the parsed
prompt, keep choiceReady on real cards, and give collect focuses a stable
domain-scoped id.

BUG-401 hid the legend to avoid duplicating Agent copy. After the
