Reports send vedastro_evidence_budget=report. The API defers like consult
(no sync main-entry overview, cache-only gate, gateway in the foreground
pool) with a 25 s deadline from session start (cap 45 s). On overrun the
report continues with VedAstro official_blocked /
report_vedastro_deadline_exceeded and the failure is stored in the day's
negative snapshot cache. The main-entry overview attach now fails soft.

Code-and-stub audit instead of a live drill (no staging SSH). Per-dependency
tables of what the user sees, charge/refund, logs/alerts and evidence, plus
gaps ranked by risk. Four clear bugs recorded as investigating: BUG-1504
(VedAstro truncated read -> 500), BUG-1505 (report lease expiry keeps
credits), BUG-1506 (profile edit wipes place on timezone failure),
BUG-1507 (legacy China profiles silently +8).

Classifies the 16 production-pending migrations added since the 10-14 list
(A 1, B 3, C 7, D 5) with what production users see and what the rehearsal
should check. The one user-visible rewrite is the first-question-free
backfill: accounts that already completed a real question count as used,
confirmed by the product owner on 2026-11-01.

Product chose to keep the scheduled backup, but the current recovery point must stay the one created by hand. Daily runs still encrypt and restore-verify, then record a separate latest-backup note.

Consult, rectification turns, and report generation stop before a credit reservation when the product caps are hit. A full heavy-compute gate waits up to 8 seconds, and one consultation retries that 429 inside the same request.

The rollback restore dropped jyotisha before decrypting the backup; a bad
key or damaged file would leave the site on an empty database. Load the
host env file, check sha256, decrypt into pg_restore --list first.

Host rehearsal no longer needs Node on the production machine, and a failed cleanup now stops with the rehearsal database name. Docs-only staging heads no longer block rollback. Tests no longer hardcode Windows paths, and a trailing slash on the production site still refuses the test code.
pytest 12 passed; tsc exit 0; lint 0 errors; identity tests 9 passed, 0 cancelled. test:db was not run.

One row per rectification Case, written once when the range card is first
delivered (GET /api/rectification/cases/[caseId], fire-and-forget after the
response is built). Numbers and closed enums only: no user / case / session
id, birth data, names, text or timestamps finer than the ISO week. Dedupe via
a separate case_id ledger that cascades with the Case (and account deletion).
Migration 20260926010000 is additive: two RLS tables with no runtime table
grants, SECURITY DEFINER write (service_role), purge (service_role) and
aggregate-only summary (admin_runtime) functions; 180-day retention.
Admin: 「校正统计」 page + GET /api/admin/rectification-telemetry
(admin.customers.read), aggregates only, no per-row view or export.
