- Popover collision: side "shift", align "shift", fallbackAxisSide "none",
  padding 4 top / 8 elsewhere. Short of room (a window ~800px tall) the
  panel shifts down inside the viewport and ends at the trigger instead of
  falling back beside it. Measured in Chrome at 1280x800, 1280x860, 1440x900
  and inside a conversation.
- Tests: the note only in its own domain, no hint line under titles, and the
  caller's hide conditions (synastry, rectification, incomplete profile) and
  first-blank selection unchanged.
- docs/testing/consult-preset-menu-20261102.md rewritten for the pill, the
  two-column panel (hover, keys), the phone chips and pick-fills-not-sends.
